Ralph Ramsey is hands down the best inspector I've ever met.

I am an architect and used Ralph Ramsey two years ago when I bought my own house in the neighborhood. He inspected two houses and really steered me from making a horrible mistake on the first one. I'm not your average consumer as I know a lot of what to look for. That being said Ralph went the extra mile. I trust him explicitly and think he did the most thorough job I have even seen (and I have read a lot of inspection reports). Dennis Cudd- Architect

A Basic Inspection

A Texas Basic inspection does not provide the full extent of information that a Professional Certified home inspection from 1st Choice Home Inspections provides:

What does a Texas Basic home inspection include?

A basic home inspection report includes findings from a visual inspection of the condition of the subject home’s heating system & air conditioning system (temperature permitting), interior plumbing and electrical systems; roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; foundation, basement, and the visible structures of the home.

NOTE: Inspection of the systems listed above requires that they both be present and readily accessible at the time of the inspection. Portions of some systems will be obscured, inaccessible and unable to be inspected by design. Only those systems and their components required to be inspected in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice for Property Inspectors will be inspected.
