What does a Texas Basic home inspection include?
Basic home inspections reports for Georgetown or any Texas city includes findings from a visual inspection
of the condition of the subject home’s heating system & air
conditioning system (temperature permitting), interior plumbing and electrical
systems; roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors,
windows and doors; foundation, basement, and the visible structures of
the home.
NOTE: Georgetown home inspection Inspection of the systems listed above requires that they both be
present and readily accessible at the time of the inspection. Portions
of some systems will be obscured, inaccessible and unable to be inspected
by design. Only those systems and their components required to be inspected
