Ralph Ramsey is hands down the best inspector I've ever met.

I am an architect and used Ralph Ramsey two years ago when I bought my own house in the neighborhood. He inspected two houses and really steered me from making a horrible mistake on the first one. I'm not your average consumer as I know a lot of what to look for. That being said Ralph went the extra mile. I trust him explicitly and think he did the most thorough job I have even seen (and I have read a lot of inspection reports). Dennis Cudd- Architect

Items which you may wish to include in your Commercial Property Analysis and Report

The scope of Commercial Property Analysis needed and the specific areas to be inspected are based on various factors. Age, occupancy, and type of construction are considered when determining how the property will be inspected and the performance criteria needed to complete a quality inspection. Inspections can range from a visual examination of the property, to a comprehensive inspection of all the building’s technical components to provide the information you require

CPAR : Our commercial reports are concise and categorized by field, issue, building, floor, unit, and area. All items noted will have a detailed explanation of reason for concern, possible damages which may occur or have occurred, recommendations for solution of problems noted and color digital photos.

A base Commercial Property Analysis & Report includes:

Mechanical and Electrical Systems
Plumbing Systems
Heating Systems
Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

CPAR (with cost analysis): An additional cost analysis requires obtaining cost estimates from other licensed professional contractors that will provide the purchaser with the information required to make decisions on the components and systems that are at the end of their life or may be deficient. Included is a cost analysis on all defective components or items at the end of their expected life. A defective roof alone can cost tens of thousands of dollars. The inspection includes a complete survey of property conditions, a complete inventory of systems and installed equipment, and projected remediation, repair and/or replacement costs.

CPAR Exterior Only: For the inspection where a quick analysis on a limited budget is required and tenants are not to be disturbed, then an exterior only inspection may be appropriate. The inspection would include the outside walls, property, roof, and all exterior components on electrical and heating and air conditioning. None of the systems will be operated as controls may be non accessible inside the building

CPAR Light Commercial: When buying a small building or an office within a larger building then an inspection that focuses only on issues that are relevant to the purchase are performed.

Custom: Not every property or business transaction is the same. We perform custom inspections according to your needs
